WALK-INS WELCOME! If you are unsure what service your bike needs, drop in with it and we'll get you sorted. Be advised booked appointments are our top priority.
Drop your bike off at your scheduled time for the assessment. We'll do our best to get your bike back to you asap but may take up to 7 days to complete your service. If your bike is your primary transportation, please let us know in the booking form if you want to wait while we work on your bike. We have a lounge area with coffee, cold drinks, and reading materials. There are also a couple eateries/cafe's within walking distance of the shop.

E-BIKE SERVICE POLICY
E-bike service is a tricky challenge these days with so many different models being purchased from so many places, including the internet. With that in mind, we are happy to assist with assessing mechanical repairs to your bike but require the battery to be removed before bringing to the shop. If you've purchased an e-bike from us in the past, please keep the battery on the bike so we can update the firmware while it is here.

If you are looking to purchase a new bicycle you can either book a consult or just pop by the shop to chat. Booking a new bike sale consult ensures we know you are coming for a visit and we endeavor to prioritize those appointments.
